Research & Analysis
Understanding context and uncovering needs before defining a design direction.
Hej!
I'm Carl, an industrial design student at Jönköping University, currently pursuing my master's degree. I previously completed a bachelor's in mechanical engineering with a focus on product development and design. I'm open to thesis collaborations and internships.
Jönköping University
After gaining a broad foundation during my BSc, I chose to specialize in industrial design. During my studies, I have collaborated with like-minded students and teachers, sharing ideas and challenging myself through projects connected to companies and real-world problems.
Kasetsart University, Bangkok
Eager to gain international experience, I moved to Asia and spent a semester in Bangkok, Thailand. I studied at Kasetsart University while completing an internship at Somboon Technologies, where I worked with the development of electric tuk-tuks.
Jönköping University
Moving to Jönköping, home to companies like Husqvarna, Thule, and Fagerhult, brought me closer to the world of industrial design. There, I gained a deeper understanding of how products are developed, engineered, and manufactured.
My interest in technology began with LEGO as a child, which led me to Gothenburg Technical High School. There, I discovered my passion for industrial design and 3D modeling through Blender, CATIA V5, and the fundamentals of product development.
